Most professionals are up and running in under an hour. You can import existing dogs and owners via a simple CSV, and our team will help with migration if you're moving from another system. We never lock your data — you can export it any time.

No. Oden was designed for pet professionals, not engineers. If you can use a calendar app, you can use Oden. And we'll personally walk you through the first setup on a call if you'd like.

Not yet. We're focused on building the right product with a small group of Founding Members first. When self-service onboarding is ready, we'll introduce a free trial. For now, we personally onboard every new professional.

Our first 10 Founding Members pay nothing, for life. Everyone else pays the same published $49.99/month flat rate. If we ever change pricing, we give 90 days' written notice before it affects you — even if you're an existing customer.

No. Pricing is per seat, not per dog or per owner. You won't get a surprise bill because your business grew.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption. We run on a secure cloud platform with automated backups. Access to production data is strictly limited to authorized engineers and fully audit-logged.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with daily automated backups. We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for marketing. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Who owns my data — me or Oden?

You do. Always. Your dogs, owners, session notes, and history belong to you. We're the custodian, not the owner. You can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time, and you can delete your account and all associated data whenever you choose.

What happens if I cancel?

You get a 30-day window to export your data. After that, your data is permanently deleted from our production systems and backups. No retention, no fine print, no lock-in.

Yes. We believe you should choose Oden because it's better — not because you're locked in. Export your data any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON). We'll even help you format it for migration if you decide to leave.

Is Oden built for veterinarians or groomers?

Not yet. Oden is built first for canine behaviorists, dog trainers, training academies, and shelters. We'll expand to groomers, boarding, daycare, and veterinarians in the future — but only when we can serve those businesses as well as we serve trainers. We'd rather do one thing exceptionally than five things averagely.

Does Oden replace my calendar and messaging apps?

That's the goal. Oden includes a smart calendar, automated reminders (email + SMS), owner communication through a branded portal, and waiver signing. Most professionals replace 3–5 separate tools with Oden.
