By accessing or using Oden, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use Oden for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt Oden's systems or another user's data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
• Use Oden to send spam, viruses, or harmful code
• Resell or sublicense access to Oden without our written consent

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Oden. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter customer data into Oden under applicable privacy laws.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We may offer a free trial of paid features for a limited time. No credit card or payment method is required to start a trial. Trials are limited to one per business. If you choose to subscribe after the trial ends, you must actively select a plan and provide a payment method at that time. We do not automatically bill you when the trial ends — if you take no action, the trial simply expires and your account reverts to a non-billing state.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions caused by factors outside our control.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe you have engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

Oden is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oden's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
